Panel Snap: Breaker Labels ("the app") is operated by Michel Herrera. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Account information When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID and, if you choose to share it, your email address. These are used solely to create and maintain your account.

Photos and images When you use the AI panel analysis feature, photos you select or capture are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. These images are used only to generate the analysis result and are not stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of the request. Photos are also stored in your account on our servers to display your panel records.

Purchase history If you subscribe to Manual Pro or purchase AI credit packs, transaction data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to fulfill and manage your purchases.

Usage data We store the panels, customers, and circuits you create in the app on our servers so your data is available across devices.

Third-Party Services

• Apple / Sign in with Apple — authentication
• Supabase — database and file storage (supabase.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI analysis of panel photos (anthropic.com/privacy). Photos are transmitted to Anthropic only when you explicitly trigger an AI analysis. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models.

Data Linked to You

The following data is collected and linked to your identity: email address, user ID, photos or videos, purchase history.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or analytics providers. Data is shared only with the third-party processors listed above, as required to operate the app.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You may delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. You may also request deletion by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
